Kung Aagawin Mo Ang Langit

Fine! I really can’t help myself from blogging this show!

Kung aagawin mo ang langit is a drama series from GMA 7 which seen from Mondays to Fridays every 4:10 in the afternoon. Featuring talented actors and actresses of GMA7 like Carla Avellana – who’s into commercial modeling before, Mike Tan – a product of Star Struck and Michelle Madrigal from Star Circle Quest in ABS CBN.

Well, I’m honestly not good in story telling but to give you some sort of sneak preview of the show, here’s the synopsis brought to us by GMA7:

Kung Aagawin Mo Ang Langit tells the story of highschool pals Ellery Martinez (Carla Abellana) and Bridgitte Samonte (Michelle Madrigal). Despite the apparent differences in their social status, the two girls become best of friends as they find themselves both sharing the same house and same set of parents. Ellery’s father decided to adopt Bridgitte when her parents passed away.

As the years pass, Ellery fulfills her dream of becoming a teacher while Bridgitte turns into a fashion designer. While partying with friends, Bridgitte meets Jonas Alejandro (Mike Tan) and instantly falls head over heels in love with the charming bachelor. Much to her dismay, Jonas only has eyes for Ellery. The two hit it off right away, so when Jonas proposed marriage to Ellery, she readily accepted. Bridgitte, who is secretly hurting and overly jealous, gives way to their romance but bears a heavy grudge against Ellery.


The couple’s marriage goes through a rough patch when Ellery discovers she cannot conceive a child. Desperate to have a baby, they resort to in vitro fertilization with Bridgitte gladly volunteering to be the surrogate mother in the hopes of winning Jonas’ love and attention. Everything seems to be working perfectly until Ellery gets into a car accident that leaves her in a coma.

Jonas and Ellery’s parents are completely devastated by news that she may never wake up. Several months passed with Bridgitte finally giving birth to their baby while Ellery is still unresponsive in her hospital bed. To scrutinize the story, I can really say that I enjoyed watching this show everyday! Very intriguing and very exciting! Great story played by talented stars plus Carla Abellana’s in it that makes it superb. I also fell in love with Mike Tan’s hotness - oh! i mean role! and who will not hate Michelle Madrigal for being an insecure bitch in the story?! –Oh! I really don’t mean it- but I just love them! Even my mom and my dad love it too that they never missed to watch it. My dad said he likes it because he has never seen any story like this before. And it’s true! The uniqueness of the story makes it marvelous and fantastic! I just felt sad that in two weeks the show will about to end. But the bottom line is GMA produced a very good line up of shows last 2011 and sure thing, I’ll be watching both stations and the shows that they will cater to the viewers this 2012. :)

Best FRIENDS I've Ever Had!

They say that in every road you take, you’ll meet someone who will hold your hands and take those journeys with you.

I have lots of friends whom I cherish so much. Most of them I met when I was elementary, some are those from high school and college and some I met when I was working. But I have five GREATEST Friends whom – I can say I really can’t afford and I never wanted to lose.

Let me share them with you.

 Name: Mary Grace Altobar

Simple. Shy. Quiet. We share the same passion back then – singing – though I’m not good at it, it seems that the melody of friendship blends well. We had this song book which we write all our favorite songs and we’ll sing it together, and our favorite song? “The Greatest Love of All” She’s like a real little sister to me that when I knew she’ll be living for Canada, I wanted to hate her BUT NO, I can’t and I wont because I know our friendship will never stop. Though miles apart, we make sure to write each other via telegram to update each other.  I love this girl. I’ve learned the word friendship trough her and I will never ever forget those times with and without her.  And to be honest, I missed her. I missed her like an Ate misses her younger sister. Please come home.

 Name: Athel Eve Coronado

Quiet. Calm. Easy. I’ve learned a lot from the simplicity of this girl. She’s very content of what she has and still feels blessed about it. You’ll hear no words of demand and of arrogant with this person and above all, she stayed with me during many times of intrigue and difficulties during last few years of elementary. Open up anything to her and you’ll hear nothing but she’ll let you feel she’s just there and she’ll be there for you. I will never forget the medal that we’d exchanged during our graduation to remember all the hardships as a student and as an individual. I am keeping it like the way I am keeping our friendship. Thank you, Thel. Let’s meet again soon.

 Name: Michelle Rizaldo

Brave. Straightforward. True. Loud. What you see is what you get. She’s the perfect definition of True Person. She might seem difficult to be with at first, but once you know her, you’ll never ever want to let go. She became my confidant, my adviser, and my sister. With her, I don’t need to explain and I don’t need to please because she understands and she never judged. She’s the person I know, will fight with me until the end of war.  She’s not just a friend but she’s a family.  With her, I’ve learned to be patient, I’ve learned loyalty and above all, I’ve learned to trust God. I am very grateful for simply knowing this amazing person and more thankful for the friendship we’re sharing. Thanks, te! J

 Name: Sarah Alyssa Marie Lanuza

Surprising. Fearless. Adventurous. Talented. With her, I have no worries sharing different stuff. No awkward moments but only funny and memorable one. With Sam, I’ve learned to take risks, to go beyond my limitation and to explore and enjoy my college life. A very tough person, in spite off all the things she’s been through, you’ll see a dreamer, and a very ambitious person who’s very eager to learn anything to be able to grow.  A lady full of surprises to his other half and lady full of passion for all the things that she does. I love you, Kambal! J

Name: Thea Rosal

Tough. Loyal. Survivor. I just love her! Well, she thought me to read novel books. Haha! I guess, my friendship with this person is different. Maybe because we’re both mature when we met, or I really don’t know.  But I know her and I know her past and I really can say she survived it all. I’ve learned trough all the experience that she’s been trough. I am hurt when she’s hurt and I feel down when she’s down. She’s the perfect definition of Love and Loyalty. I missed her. I learned my lesson when I resigned and left her alone in the company I used to work in. But even though I’m not around, I’m here. I’m just here wanting and praying nothing but her happiness. I miss you, Thea! 

There you go, these are the girls that i treasure so much in my life. They may have different personalities but that makes them stand out and that makes them BEST! :) 

Double Celebration

It’s true that one cannot predict the future and no one can assume what will happen in the next few years. I, myself – and I guess some of my/our friends thought that I will be the first to get married and I will be the first to get pregnant – to Maw – but NO. I don’t really feel bad and insecure about not being the first –of course I’m not yet ready as well. But these events makes us so excited for 2012 knowing that any minute from now, two of our fiends will become a mom –actually ‘became a mom’ and another one will soon become a wife.

What a blessing, right?

*That’s her, the way she speaks, she acts, and she dressed – so boyish and so manly. But inside is a lady who just wished to love her back like all of those ladies during high school.

Well, she never admit of liking this guy but she’s making so pa-cute to him! Thank God I remember his name – Jude! :D

*A very simple girl, the smart one and yes! She’s the bread winner of the family.

Time flies… I really can’t stop smiling every time I’m thinking about how we grew up so fast and how we mature from a lady into a woman. I feel so blessed for having these kinds of friends… these kinds of people. No matter how we seldom see each other, no matter how we’ve been trough all these past few years. We do believe in one thing: FRIENDSHIP.

Hello Everyone! First, i would like to introduce myself. I am Pam Tubana and blogging is my new hobby. well, i can't say that i can blog every minute of everyday but on this site, I'll be sharing different stories and topics like book reviews, fashion, food, places and events.


Ballet is my first love but writing and expressing my thoughts is what i love to do. I want to know people and be connected with those who enjoys the same passion.
